UAB “Investiciju portfeliu valdymas” (IPV), after receiving clearance from the Lithuanian Securities and Exchange Commission, took over the management of  UAB “Synergos Capital International” managed funds „Synergos Global Macro Fund“, „Synergos Forex Fund“ ir „Axia Value Fund“. IPV now manages 5 open-end and closed-end funds. In addition to three Synergos funds, IPV also manages NSEL 30 Index fund and ZPR US Small Cap Value mutual fund.

„Synergos Global Macro Fund“ name will be changed to „Rigel Global Macro Fund“ and  „Synergos Forex Fund“ name will change to „Rigel Forex Fund“.
