ZPR US Small Cap Value Mutual Fund is the first mutual fund in Lithuania which invests only in USA stocks.

The Fund's investment consultants are ZPR Investment Management, Inc., a US investment management company, and ZPR Investment Research, Inc., a US investment research company. ZPR Investment Management, Inc. has 25 years of institutional investment experience, and and ZPR Investment Research, Inc. has 22 years of successful institutional research in support of major mutual funds.

ZPR US Small Cap Value Mutual Fund was issued a licence for investment fund activities by the Lithuanian Securities Commission on 12 March 2004.
The Fund can only invest to stocks of companies that are traded in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), NASDAQ, and American Stock Exchange. The Fund invests to stocks of companies with market capitalization less than capitalization of 1000 biggest market capitalization US companies.
